Ah, Paris - the name conjures up the romanticism of another era (and the snobbery of a current one). The city of lights and the city of darkness - there always are beacons, summoning the traveller like sirens summon the sailor: tantalizing to poison. Yes, poison - because every time you see it, it inflicts you with its love potion and the antidote is yet to be invented. So let's dance to the sound of the Saine, the taste of the metro, the colour of light, the smell of the Bohemian, the touch of the lover.
